Acetogenin is a substance that can be found in Soursop (Graviola) and other annona species. Annonacin is a member of the class of Acetogenin. Research paper published in March of 2002 by researchers in Japan on study of various acetogenins found in several species of plants. They inoculated mice with carcinoma cancer cells. One third received nothing, one third received the chemotherapy drug adriamycin, and one third received the main graviola acetogenin, annonacin (at a dosage of 10 mg/kg). At the end of two weeks, five of the six in the untreated control group were still alive and tumor sizes were then measured. The adriamycin group showed a 54.6% reduction of tumor mass over the control group but 50% of the animals had died from toxicity (three of six). The mice receiving annonacin were all still alive, and the tumors were inhibited by 57.9%; slightly better than adriamycin and without toxicity. An author name Leslie Taylor in his book titled; The Healing Power of Rainforest Herbs: A Guide to Understanding and Using Herbal Medicinals, “This suggested that annonacin was less toxic in mice. On considering the antitumor activity and toxicity, annonacin might be used as a lead to develop a potential anticancer agent.” Its important to note, however, that annonacin only inhibited the normal growth of the tumors during this two-week period; it did not eradicate the tumors nor stop their growth altogether.

Cancer is a serious disease of the functioning of cells, and their loss of control.
If cancer is controlled by eating Graviola or Soursop or Noni, or similar super fruits, like mangosteen, I will recommend that it should be eaten daily as much as possible. You can make it your daily lunch if you have cancer. We drink and eat so much of non sense, cigarettes, beer, brandy,wine.And these god given fruits should be eaten daily- because they can boost up Immunity and prevent cancer getting aggravated. As I wrote above in the blog, dont eat it along with pizza or someother cooked food. Eat in empty stomach and stay with it without eating anything else, without drinking any other drinks for atleast 1 hr next. Otherwise it will not be effective. Cancer growth can be brought down by diet control I believe and I have seen it also. But this facility is god given and is not available to all. Why all this fuss about soursop? Sabah Snake Grass has worked wonders with several cancer patients and it is more easily available. Yes, it is available in south India.
Introduction: Vishalata or clinacanthus nutans grows wild in the western ghats of Kerala as an undershrub. It has been used traditionally to treat snake and scorpion bites by ayurvedic physicians of Kerala. It is known as sophaghni, vishaghni and vishalata in Sanskrit. In Malayalam it is called vishapacha and vishahari . In English it is called Sabah Snake Grass since it grows well in southeast Asian countries especially in Malaysia.
Vishalata is a medium sized perennial shrub that grows up to 2 meters in height. Its leaves are simple, opposite, acute or acuminate and slightly serrated, crowded at the end. Its stem is round, green coloured, and turns grey when old. The plant blossom rarely, with small whitish flowers. Propagation of the plant is through stem cuttings. Vishalata grows well in the open in north India, south India and eastern India. For commercial purposes it is best to grow it under shade netting.
Miraculous results with various cancers: Dried or fresh vishalata leaves when taken on an empty stomach in the morning have produced miraculous results when taken by various cancer patients, even patients in the fourth stage of cancer. The cancer shows immediate remission and tumours have shrunk and in many cases disappeared totally after taking vishalata leaves regularly for a month.
Results with other diseases: Vishalata plant pacifies vitiated kapha, pitta, poison bites, inflammation, traumatic edema and swelling due to poison stings. Vishalata has also shown good results in diseases such as gout, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis etc. It can also be taken as a preventive by normal, healthy people.
Dosage of vishalata: The recommended dosage of vishalata for cancer patients is as follows:
Stage 1: 30 leaves daily
Stage 2: 50 leaves daily
Stage 3: 100 leaves daily
Stage 4: 200 leaves daily (100 leaves at each time)
Critical stage: 300 leaves daily (100 leaves at each time)
Precautions when taking vishalata: The following foods are to be avoided when taking vishalata as an herbal medicine:
i)Sugar and products made with white crystal sugar
ii) Dairy products (milk, curd, butter, ghee, paneer, icecream, shrikhand, mithai, rabri etc.) since dairy products contain mucus that provide a conducive environment for cancer cells to grow
iii)Fish, seafood, chicken, duck , mutton,beef, pork
iv) Yam, glutinous rice, margarine and refined oils, ginseng and other rejuvenating herbs
v) Do not consume vishalata together with other herbs
vi)Do not consume vishalata two days before and after and during chemotherapy or radiology.

Growing vishalata at home: As vishalata is a fast growing plant, it can grow faster than soursop and people can also grow it in their homes, even in pots. I would say take 10-15 vishalata/sabah snake grass leaves leaves and boil them in 500 ml/half litre of water. Boil them for 10-15 minutes till the water turns greenish. Then strain and drink. Can drink the tea hot or cold and can also add some honey to it if you wish to.
Else you can crumble the dried leaves and take this crumbled powder with a glass of water early in the morning. How does this sound? Good luck!

Is soursop fruit & RAMPHAL is same? My one of the close relative is suffering from stomach cancer (GR IV). He has been advised to undergo second round of 4 chemo (Palliative).

Soursop is called MAMPHAL in Hindi. It is very different from ramphal. If you told me where you live I would suggest a source of soursop closer to your residence.

Hi all,
If really want to cure cancer, there are many ways, soursop is one of the best way.
other than that I found out that Hydrogen Peroxide is also one of them. Many have
been cured by it, besides it can help to cure many other diseases as well.
Further info will be available if you need its. After all our purpose is to cure cancer,
